Saga Interiors engaged in the fun project for a collaboration with one of our favorite realtors in the Bay Area; Insync Real Estate.

A property in Hillsborough was coming on the market with dated interiors and Alan Canas from Insync Real Estate consulted with me to update some of features of the home in addition to drafting up a plan for the three major spaces in the house that were in dire need of major renovations. We updated the exterior color of the property in addition to adding the side railings around the house. I created a design concept for the kitchen, master bathroom, and guest bath, and ultimately my vision was brought to life with 3D renderings of each the space. 

The most fun part of this project was that I could design the kitchen, master bath room and guest bath as if we didn’t have a budget, so naturally I went all out with the materials, finishes and design. Marble on marble on marble and statement lighting was the focus and I created the ultimate dream kitchen and bathrooms. Check out then before and afters below.
