When we moved to a new home, I immediately started to work on getting us settled in and make it decidedly ours as quickly as possible. 

I had the opportunity to redesign Winston’s room as we journeyed from “Toddlerhood” to “Bigkidhood”. I wanted his room to be playful but practical with lots of storage for his toys and books, and make clean up and stow away a breeze! Just as with my clients, it was important that Winston’s personality was able to shine through. 

We called on a good friend, Jerome Lu, or uncle Jerome as Winston affectionately refers to him, to create some super cool prints. Jerome is the creative genius behind Hyperactive Monkey, where he designs amazing toys and apparel inspired by his love for cartoons, comics and toys from the 80s.
